Paulson Patent and Trademark Legal Services, LLC.  is a virtual law office operated by Robert E. Paulson,  LLB., an attorney licensed to practice in the State of New York and before the U. S.  Patent and Trademark Office, and a member of the NY State Bar Association.

                                                           

Paulson Legal Services provides the same professionalism as a physical law office, except that its  legal services are accessed and delivered Online, with the security and confidentiality of a secure, password -protected credit card or banking account. The Paulson virtual law office provides high quality legal services at low cost, primarily

pertaining to patent and trademark law, to which Paulson brings 40 years' experience counseling individual inventors and corporate businesses.

 

The Paulson law office charges flat rate, fixed fees for certain services. All other fee charges will be based upon a quote for specific legal services to be performed after an initial free consultation with you. We will commence our  work only upon receipt of your confirmation of the services to be performed and a retainer in the amount of 50% of the quoted fee. The balance of the quoted fee will be due upon our completion of the requested services.
